2.4 If you choose to submit a job or work experience placement application we will collect and hold the information that you provide in that application. We will only hold and use the information you provide to us in an application for the sole purpose of considering your application and not for any direct marketing purposes.

2.5 Occasionally we may receive information about you from other sources (such as credit reference agencies, Smart Search or other similar bodies) which we will add to the information which we already hold about you in order to help us provide the required legal services or comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, in particular regarding anti-money laundering.

8.1 We keep our Privacy Policy under regular review.
